Any outage is instantly reported to our Network Operations Center (NOC) located in Langhorne, PA, so we'll know about the problem before your staff and guests do. We'll make the property aware of the issue and automatically dispatch one of our certified technicians to resolve the problem. Our NOC is up and running 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We work every day of the year including holidays to ensure the highest quality experience for every one of your guests.
